By purchasing from Prettyluhthang Cosmetics you agree to the following:


  1. Product Use – All lip gloss and lip oils are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
  2. All Sales Final – For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products.
  3. Damages/Errors – If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours with proof (photo). We will replace or refund the item.
  4. Processing & Shipping – Orders are processed within 3-4 Business days. We are not responsible for delays once the carrier has accepted the package.
  5. Liability – We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products. Ingredients are listed for your reference. Please review before use.
  6. Policy Updates – We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
